Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark red colored Malbec from Kaiken opens with an espresso and black jellybean bouquet with hints of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, velvety, lush, and seamless. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry and black plum blend with notes of graphite and black pepper. We also detected hints of dried herbs. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and polished medium tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this excellent Malbec with a filet mignon at your favorite steakhouse. Enjoy - Ken & Mark
