Wine Review: This clear and brilliant red colored Pinot Noir from Ken Wright opens with an inviting cranberry and teaberry gum bouquet with hints of cinnamon and clove. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, very smooth, and a little mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty red cherry and stony minerality blend with notes of red plum and holiday spice. I also detected hints of lime and saline. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and refined dusty tannins are very nicely extended. I would pair this Pinot Noir with beef carpaccio. Enjoy - Ken
