Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with an attractive green melon and ripe pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, crisp and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a Bosc pear and gentle mild oak blend. I also detected some lemon and green apple notes as well. The finish is dry and it's nicely refreshing and lingers for a while. It would pair well with chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken
