Wine Review: This midnight blue colored Shiraz from Barossa opens with an inviting blueberry bouquet with a hint of Hawaiian Punch. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle blackberry with hints of minerality and a touch of blueberry and black licorice. The finish is dry and its slightly building tannins linger slightly before fading. This wine would pair very nicely with a porterhouse steak. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Greens Vineyard Shiraz sourced from low-yielding vines located in the historic Barossa Valley is classically crafted, elegant and brooding. Typically matured in 100% new French oak for twenty four months and bottled unfined and unfiltered ensures the preservation of the vineyard’s unique characters.
