Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling from Kilikanoon was consistently well-received by the Tasting Panel. It opens with a wet stone and lemon verbena bouquet with hints of bread dough and Delaware grape. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, balanced and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is a lime, almond and mild green apple blend. We also detected hints of bee’s wax and a touch of ginger. The finish is slightly off-dry and its flavors and mild acidity linger nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Riesling with crab cakes or sole with capers. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Lifted and intense, featuring fresh limes, floral notes, lemon curd and granny smith apples in abundance. A classic Clare Valley Riesling in every sense, beautifully poised and measured, the combination of fresh limes and lemon essence carry’s forward from the nose superbly supported by crisp natural acidity and a green apple finish. Cellar with confidence for at least 10 years.
