Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a white peach bouquet with hints of white florals, pineapple and lime. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and silky. The flavor profile is very tasty white peach and green apple blend with notes of ginger. We also detected some hints of vanilla, lime, and macadamia nuts in the mix. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with broiled scallops. Enjoy – KWGTP
