Wine Review: This approachable weeknight red is a slightly cloudy medium ruby color which has cherry cream, sweet strawberry and leather in the bouquet, along with notes of smoke and vanilla. It is medium bodied with mouthwatering medium acidity and flavors of red plum and blackberry with a bit of spice, vanilla and gentle oak. There are nice firm tannins throughout and a moderate length finish with some gentle heat. I would have this Cab with grilled steak tips. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: An indulgent Cabernet Sauvignon opens with briar blackberry and chocolate aromas. It is medium bodied and smooth while packed with mocha and black cherry flavors. The wine finishes with playful silky tannins.
