Wine Review: I found this pleasant Chardonnay to be a medium golden yellow in color. It opened with red delicious apple and apple skin, butterscotch, and jasmine bouquet with a hint of petrol. It is medium bodied with medium-plus acidity, and is slightly creamy, crisp and balanced. There are flavors of green apple and white peach. I also detected hints of flint, butterscotch and some spice notes mixed in. The finish is dry with some citrus and vanilla accents appear. This good value Chard would pair well with a plate of creamy chicken and broccoli ziti. - Mark
