Wine Review: This ruby red colored Pinot Noir opens with a bright red raspberry bouquet with a touch of oak. The medium body is smooth and dry with light tannins and balanced acidity. The flavor profile is blackberry, slightly tart cherry, cranberry and oak blend with notes of herb, black pepper and chocolate. The finish is dry and lingers. I would recommend pairing this California Pinot Noir with a turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and stuffing. - Joe
