Wine Review: This clear and white gold colored Chardonnay from Kobler opens with a honeydew melon and mild pineapple bouquet with hints of oak, brioche, and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, slightly viscous, and lush. The flavor profile is an almond and buttered Bosc pear blend with notes of coconut milk and gentle oak. We also detected hints of tangerine, honey, and ginger.
