Wine Review: This clear and light coral colored Rosé of Pinot Noir from Kobler opens with a fragrant red raspberry and maraschino cherry bouquet with hints of musk melon, stony minerality and strawberry. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and delicate. The flavor profile is an unripe nectarine and tangy lime blend with notes of pink grapefruit pith and lime zest. We also detected hints of almond, white pepper, and stony minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity fade away nicely. We would pair this Rosé with Frutti di Mare (seafood linguine) or with fish tacos. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The 2024 North Coast Rosé of Pinot Noir opens with delicate aromas of wild strawberries, rose petals, and fresh citrus zest. Hints of crushed raspberry and subtle floral undertones lift gracefully from the glass, offering an inviting and refreshing bouquet. On the palate, it is light-bodied and beautifully pale pink, this Rosé is vibrant and expressive with flavors of cherry, crab apple, and raspberry intertwined with bright citrus peel. Crisp acidity and a clean mineral edge create balance and energy, leading to a refreshingly dry, elegant finish.
