Wine Review: This clear and light red colored Pinot Noir from Kosta Browne opens with a dried tea and black raspberry bouquet with hints of black plum and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, polished, smooth, and refined. The flavor profile is a stone dust and gentle red plum blend with notes of mild oak and black tea. We also detected hints of cherry and birch beer. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and refined gentle tannins linger nicely. We would pair this sophisticated and gentle Pinot with beef stroganoff. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Aroma: Harmonious notes of wet terracotta, raspberry jam, baked strawberry cobbler and fresh turned soil. Earthiness to this wine with hints of clove and spice.
Palate: Juicy entry with a lush and smooth tannin profile. Hints of red berries on mid-palate unfolding to a long, round, and refreshing finish.
