Wine Review: This midnight purple-colored Syrah based blend opens with tarragon and dark chocolate bouquet with a hint of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and its with medium acidity. The flavor profile is a black currant and black cherry blend with notes crushed stone minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors and gentle tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this very impressive wine with a filet mignon. Enjoy - KWGTP
