Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot Noir from La Crema is terrific! It opens with a black raspberry and plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very approachable. The flavor profile is a delicious mild blueberry and black cherry blend with notes of gentle red raspberry and faint vanilla oak. I also detected a hint of cinnamon and minerality. The finish is dry and its flavor and fine tannins are nicely prolonged. This elegant Pinot is very food friendly and would pair well with grilled tuna with a red wine sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Delicate violets, blueberry tea and licorice in the nose. Fresh blackberry, coffee bean and vanilla flavors. Supple tannins, elegant structure.
