Wine Review: This straw colored Chardonnay from La Crema is very good. It opens with an oak and apple like bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a green melon and mild minerality blend with hints green and gentle oak. The finish is dry and subtle. This Chard is food friendly and versatile. I would pair this Chardonnay with a ginger chicken. Enjoy - Ken
