Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Chardonnay from La Crema opens with a fragrant oak and pineapple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty oak influenced pear and green apple blend with notes of mild minerality and a hint of butterscotch. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: On the nose, lemon, grilled pineapple and oyster shell. On the palate, peach, papaya and crisp tangerine notes are complemented by a touch of spice and complex minerality. Balanced acidity lingers on a long finish.
