Wine Review: This bright ruby red colored Pinot Noir from La Crema opens with red plum bouquet with hints of cinnamon and clove. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with pleasant medium acidity. It has a rounded mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a loam, black plum and graphite blend with notes of clove and black raspberry. I also detected some hints of cinnamon and oak in the background. The finish is dry, and its acidity and flavors linger for a while. I would pair this Pinot with Texas slow cooker pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of red cherry, pomegranate, and sweet tobacco are followed by flavors of assorted berries, plum, and subtle toasted notes. The 2018 vintage presents fine tannins and balanced acidity.
