Wine Review: This opague and dark ruby colored Malbec from La Posta opens with a fragrant blueberry and boysenberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and approachable. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused blueberry with notes of black plum. I also detected hints of oak and spice. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors linger nicely. This Malbec would pair nicely with pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
