Wine Review: This pale straw-hued white wine from the Abruzzo region opens with intriguing aromas of morel mushrooms, Asian spices, flint and citronella oil. The flavor profile is a mineral-infused muskmelon and rum-braised peach core with hints of green tea, pineapple and guava. The body is medium and supported by invigorating acidity and crisp minerality. The wine is well balanced and tasty with a considerably long and juicy finish, exiting with lime and other ripe and zesty citrus flavors. It paired seamlessly with chana masala over basmati rice, but it could go equally well with cold dishes like octopus salad. - Jeoff

Winemaker Notes: Serve as an aperitif, and then with mollusk, shell fish, and Adriatic fish dishes with a strong flavor.
