Wine Review: This ruby colored red wine from Cotes du Rhone Villages has some nice characteristics at a very good price. It opens with a chocolate covered cherry like bouquet. On the palate, it is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild black cherry with notes of old oak and some plum in the background. The finish is quite dry and it’s very sticky tannins linger for sometime. This Good value wine would be a very nice option to pair with meat lasagna or sausage pizza. Enjoy - Ken
