Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild gala apple and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and rich. The flavor profile is an oak infused gala apple with notes of butter. I also detected hints pilsner beer and minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This very nice Chard would pair well with pasta carbonara. Enjoy - Ken
