Wine Review: This light yellow colored dessert wine from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild apricot and ginger bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, viscous and rich. The flavor profile is a tasty apricot and honey blend with notes of almond and pineapple. The finish remains pleasantly sweet and lingers nicely.
