Wine Review: This clear and pale straw-colored Riesling from Lamoreaux Landing in the Finger Lakes opens with a yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of lemon zest and matchstick. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, fresh, mouthwatering, and a bit zesty. The flavor profile is a lime zest and mild white grapefruit blend with notes of lemon iced tea and passionfruit. I also detected hints of white pepper and a touch kiwi in the aftertaste.
