Wine Review: This Spanish Grenache is very dark ruby colored and opens with a mild craisin like bouquet with hints of smoke. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, and easy going. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle oak with infused black raspberry and black pepper. The finish is dry and it's tingly tannins are slightly prolonged. This a Very Good everyday offering. I would pair it with grilled sweet Italian sausage with sauteed onions and red peppers. Enjoy - Ken
