Wine Review: This clear and pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Lasseter opens with a honeydew melon, vanilla, and lemon zest bouquet with hints of grapefruit pith and dried coconut flakes. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lemon-lime and gentle grapefruit blend with notes of white pepper, oak, and nectarine. We also detected hints of green apple, green tea, and a touch of vanilla.
