Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine is appropriately named. It is quite charming. It opens with an attractive light lime like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and fresh with light acidity. The flavor profile is a delicate lemon lime with pleasantly infused minerality. The finish is dry and very refreshing. Pair this tasty wine with trout or linguine with clam sauce. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of ripe apples and a typical Veltliner spiciness marry to create a fascinating fruit bouquet. On the palate, the wine is soft and juicy, supported by a fine fruit acidity. Very harmonious, allowing for perfectly smooth drinking. Simply charming!
