Wine Review: This Aussie red blend is opaque and very dark purple colored. It opens with a black currant bouquet with a hint of black licorice and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and fruit forward. Those fruits are a blend of tangy plum and red currant with hints of oak and pomegranate. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger for a little bit. This wine would pair well with slow cooked and tangy pulled pork. Enjoy - Ken
