Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Shiraz opens with a shy red cherry bouquet with a hint of mint. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, very smooth, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a slightly tart black cherry with a hint of light oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are slightly prolonged. This is a very good burger and pizza wine. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine is crimson ruby red in colour. The lifted nose has dark cherry and chocolate flavours with some spice and cracked black pepper notes - rich and generous with a hint of fine French oak. On the medium weight palate there is peppery spice at the start leading into rich blackberry, mulberry and dark cherry spectrum with soft, fine tannins providing good length.
