Wine Review: As many readers know, I really like Pinot Gris from Oregon. This one from Left Coast Cellars is another discovery that I found at the Boston Wine Expo. It is very pale yellow colored and opens with a fragrant apricot bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and round. The flavor profile is a tasty Bartlett pear with notes of apricot and a touch of tangerine. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This Pinot Gris would pair well with five fruit chicken. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Simply sparkles on your tongue. Greeting with peach aromas and dazzling with highlights of notes of pear and crisp green apple. Serve with spicy Asian or Indian fare.
