Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Zinfandel opens with a teaberry and red raspberry bouquet with hints of strawberry licorice, light cedar, and faint basil. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, silky, and fresh. The flavor profile is craisin and red currant blend with notes of red raspberry and cinnamon. We also detected hints of dried strawberry and oak. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. The Tasting Panel would pair this Zin with Chinese spareribs or with apple cider glazed pork chops. Enjoy - KWGTP
