Wine Review: This medium white gold colored blend led by Chardonnay opens with a pineapple and Anjou pear bouquet with hints of lemon zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and bright. The flavor profile is a tasty chalky mineral influenced Anjou with notes of lemon verbena. I also detected hints pear golden delicious apple and subtle pineapple. The finish is dry and quite refreshing for a Chard based wine. This crowd pleaser with pair with many foods. I would pair it with chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken
