Wine Review: This pale straw colored California Sauvignon Blanc is a good value. On the nose, it displays grapefruit, lime, lemongrass and Granny Smith apple aromas. On the palate, we found it to be medium bodied and very pleasant. Its flavors were a refreshing grapefruit and lime blend with gentle minerality mixed in. This is a crowd pleasing Sauvignon Blanc that would pair well with grilled chicken marinated in lemon, garlic, thyme and olive oil. – Karen and Stuart
