Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Chile opens with an apple blossom and faint grapefruit bouquet. We also detected hints of lychee and kiwi. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty lime and ginger blend with notes of chalky minerality and gooseberry. The finish is dry and pleasant. The Panel would pair this very good value Sauvignon Blanc with tilapia tacos or a seafood casserole. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A brilliant pale straw yellow. A nose featuring apricots and orange peels. Starts with pineapple and mango taste and ends with a bright acidity and fresh herbs.
