Wine Review: This clear straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Chile opens with a white grapefruit, fresh cut grass, lime zest and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with bright acidity that is quite mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral influenced white grapefruit with notes of lime zest and hints of green melon and nectarine pit.
