Wine Review: This pale straw colored Chablis opens with a mild pear bouquet with a hint of green apple and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild apple with hints of gentle lemon and nectarine. The finish is dry and its flavors linger slightly. This Chablis is very food friendly and would complement many foods. The panel suggested chicken cordon bleu or fettuccini alfredo. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Serve between 12 and 14C and air or carafe the wine before tasting. A blend of confit blackberry and fresh sea breeze notes: spicy floral, toasted almond, confit lemon and apple. Energetic and chalky in the mouth, this wine is pure and true.
