Wine Review: This light gold colored Chablis opens with an Anjou pear bouquet with a hint of apple and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Bosc pear with hints of ginger. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Chablis is made for food. I would pair it with popcorn shrimp. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Serve between 12 and 14C. The wine should be aired or carafed before tasting. It will reveal notes of white fruit such as peach, with a mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation complements this pure, rounded wine.
