Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from the Central Otago region of New Zealand opens with a fragrant and attractive wild strawberry bouquet with hints of teaberry and cedar. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, smooth and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty red raspberry and spice blend with notes of cedar and strawberry. We also picked up hints of cranberry and green herbs. The finish is dry and its flavors show nice length. The Panel suggested pairing it with grilled Scottish salmon. Enjoy – KWGTP

Aroma: Ripe black cherry with smoky notes and hints of mushroom peeking out behind rich fruit.
