Wine Review: This zesty and dry Riesling from Germany is a straw color and presents inviting aromas of wet slate, white peach, ash, honeydew, and a spice note. Slightly creamy and round mouthfeel on the palate, it's racy and very clean, with vibrant medium-plus acidity and a medium body. There are flavors of lime, white peach, honeydew and hints of flint and pineapple. Serve lightly chilled with butter chicken. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: A Riesling from the best Forster locations with a hearty, beautifully integrated acidity, and enormous extract. All the facets that a Riesling must have in our philosophy. This wine is an excellent accompaniment to spicy, spicy food and light meat dishes.
