Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir from Lussier opens with a fragrant black raspberry and licorice bouquet with hints of mocha, oak, and loam. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, very smooth, and graceful. The flavor profile is a red plum and orange zest blend with notes red cherry and rhubarb. I also detected hints of raspberry tea, black pepper, and saline. The finish is dry and its flavors, acidity, and friendly tannins drift away nicely. I would pair this versatile Pinot with stuffed red peppers. Enjoy - Ken
