Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon is very nice. It opens with black cherry-cola like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. Yet it is also juicy. The flavor profile is an oak influenced blueberry with notes of cola. The finish is rather dry and its moderate tannins stick around for a while. This Pinot would pair very nicely with a pork tenderloin with sage and garlic. Enjoy - Ken
