Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a vanilla-cola and boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, a little round and savory. The flavor profile is mild black raspberry and boysenberry blend with notes of nicely integrated oak and minerality. I also detected hints of plum and black pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. This Pinot would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
