Wine Review: This pink colored wine opens with a shy wet granite and faint maraschino cherry bouquet with hints of lime and strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is gentle mild gravely minerality infused watermelon with hints of red plum. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel would pair this Rose with fried shrimp or fish and chips. Enjoy – KWGTP (SIP Certified)

Winemaker Notes: The wine opens with classic aromas of watermelon rind and wild strawberry. The Mourvedre imparts a flinty minerality that adds complexity and elegance while the Grenache contributes ample fruit and body. The palate strikes a fine line between opulence and elegance and the watermelon aromas on the nose persists through to the palate, balanced by notes of stone fruit, wild herbs, salinity and bright, crisp acidity.
