Wine Review: This dark red colored Syrah opens with a mild pomegranate and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle oak infused red raspberry and black cherry blend. The finish is dry and its mild tannins do build a little and linger. This Syrah is a Good everyday offering that would pair well with pizza or a burger. Enjoy – Ken
