Wine Review: This pale straw colored Gruner Veltliner opens with a fragrant grapefruit and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced lemon and grapefruit blend with notes of white pepper. I also picked up hints of lime and nectarine pit towards the end. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Gruner is a nice introduction to the grape. It would pair well with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Delicate fresh green apple fruity aromas; displaying flavors of lemon; lime and peaches; solid fruit core; rich in finesse; with a beautiful length and mineral tones. The ideal wine for seafood or white meat or salads. It is very pleasant as a refreshing summer wine on a hot day.
