Wine Review: As is common for this style of wine, plenty of peaches, golden delicious apples, and saffron could be found on the nose. The palate also showcased the peaches and apples but moved towards lemon peel and anise. The finish was as long as anticipated as the acidity was milder than usual. Regardless, this is still a fantastic representation of the varietal and region. Would pair splendidly with lobster tail and butter. – Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: A highly extractive, herbaceous and minerally-complex Verdejo with excellent aging capacity and a perennial hallmark wine for the region.
