Wine Review: Translucent and pale gold in color, this Roussanne from Washington State presents with complex aromas of sunflower kernels, caramel apple, vanilla bean, and singed lemon rind. The body is medium and the flavor profile is decidedly citrus (lemon) with notes of apricot, cantaloupe and wildflower honey. Plucky acidity and fresh, fine minerality carry the flavors to a long, full finish. Recommend pairing with pan-seared cod over roasted garlic mashed potatoes oyster mushrooms, scallions and ginger sauce. – Jeoff

Winemaker Notes: Layers of apricot, melon, and honey on the nose are enhanced with a viscous palate seeing flavors of vanilla and mango, followed by a full finish.
