Wine Review: This off-dry Riesling is a pale-yellow colored. The bouquet is a bit shy, with peach, floral, lime and beeswax aromas. It is light bodied and fruity, with tart acidity. The simple flavors are delicate nectarine and lime with some integrated minerality. The finish is enjoyably long with citrus notes. I would pair this Riesling with a nice chicken piccata. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Lively citrus flavors frame the pallet with honey and pear, with lemongrass aromas complimented with lilac.
