Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a peat moss and blackberry bouquet with hints of cola, wet stone, black licorice, and salami. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium acidity. We also found it to be round, polished, and approachable. The flavor profile is a blackberry and toasted oak blend with nicely integrated fine gravely minerality and notes of black licorice. We also detected hints of black cherry and coffee in the mix. The finish is dry, and its well-managed tannins linger and last for a very long time. The Panel would pair this Cab with New York strip steak or grilled bone in veal chop. Enjoy – KWGTP
