Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Chile opens with an inviting citrus bouquet that features tangerines and hints of apricots. On the palate, it is medium bodied, crisp, juicy and mouthwatering. The flavor profile includes pineapple, green apple, lime and some light green vegetables. The finish is pleasant, refreshing and nicely extended with some herbal notes that appear. I would pair this crowd-pleasing Sauvignon Blanc with Vietnamese grilled lemongrass chicken. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: Yellow brilliant color wine with green hues, with complex herbal and mineral aromas, citric notes of grapefruit, and tropical fruits like papaya or mango. On the palate, it has a great body and elegance with refreshing acidity and juiciness on the long-lasting aftertaste. Excellent for appetizers and with seafood, raw fish or fresh vegetable salads.
