Wine Review: This light straw-colored German Riesling opens with an inviting citrus, apricot and lime bouquet. I also noted peach and light floral notes. The light bodied palate is crisp and smooth with mouthwatering acidity and balanced minerality. The flavor profile is honey, pears, green apples, lemon & lime with mango notes. The pleasant semi dry extended finish faded away nicely. I would recommend pairing this food friendly Riesling with chicken piccata. - Joe
